Using our prominent main road position, various marketing platforms and our extensive customer base we can provide you with the best exposure to a potential sale.

 Why sell with us?

• There is no need to have potential customers at your house or storage site

How does it work?

• The first stage is for us to view your vehicle so we can prepare a valuation which is realistic in the current market.
• Once we have reached a mutual agreement on price, we arrange for you to bring the vehicle to us. The vehicle should be presented for sale in clean condition both inside and out, we are able to offer a valeting service with prices starting from £100.
• Now that the vehicle is with us, we will take a minimum of 20 pictures, write a detailed description of its features then the advertisement will go live. It will also be parked in a prominent position with the price displayed.
• Our experience shows that an 8-week time frame should be enough time to secure a sale, we will keep you updated on potential interest in that time and can also track the number of online views the vehicle has had.
• When a customer has decided that they wish to buy your vehicle, we arrange a convenient time for you to meet the buyer at our premises. This gives them the opportunity to meet you to go through the controls and paperwork together. They may also want to test drive the vehicle which would be at your discretion and risk.
• The buyer will then make a payment directly to your bank account, once you are satisfied the money is in your bank account it is time to release the vehicle to its new owner. We will also assist with the DVLA transfer so that the new owner gets the replacement log book and you receive any road tax refund that is due.
• Finally, you pay us our agreed fee.

What if your vehicle does not sell?

• After the initial 8-week period, we would ask for the price to be reduced and re advertise the vehicle for another 8 week period.
• If you would prefer not to reduce the price, we would ask you to take the vehicle away.
• If you choose to take the vehicle away, there would be an admin fee to of £300.

How much does it cost?

• Our brokerage fee is £1500 including VAT - a VAT invoice will be provided. This is payable in full on the completion of a sale. 

Insurance

• It is the responsibility of you, the vehicle owner, to ensure that it is appropriately insured whilst on our premises. We strongly encourage you to make your insurers aware of the vehicle’s location whilst on our premises.
